‘For me, I think the struggles were the high energy, jumping up and the attachment. Losing our beloved Bailey (border collie) in January left such an empty space in our home. Ruby has been a welcome addition and is giving us so much love – hard work but worth it.

‘Before classes we were struggling with where to even start with training, other than sit and lay down. We were also struggling with the puppy nibbling. We found that working with you was very easy, you are such a lovely and down-to-earth person who never made us feel silly for asking questions and we always felt welcome at the classes, no matter if Rolo decided he was going to listen or not haha! Benefits for us would be positive socialisation with not only other dogs but also other humans. Positive ways to praise Rolos good behaviour and training and also having different tips to suit each dog and family, for example Rolo not having a crate.
