For me, I think the struggles were the high energy, jumping up and the attachment.  Losing our beloved Bailey (border collie) in January left such an empty space in our home. Ruby has been a welcome addition and is giving us so much love – hard work but worth it.
I was quite apprehensive about taking Ruby to training because we didn’t have the best experience with Bailey.  As soon as I saw a recommendation for you I checked out your youtube and tiktok and was immediately impressed with your knowledge and understanding of the breed.  This put my mind at ease and I’m so pleased that we came to your classes.  I wasn’t looking for a class where we would walk around in circles for an hour, especially with such a young dog. The classes were fun and I think that’s important when they are puppies.  I learned about Spaniels as a breed. I did a lot of research beforehand but hearing it in a class with other Spaniel owners reinforces that you’re not the only one with a crazy dog!  The class size – I didn’t want to attend a class with 30 plus dogs.  It made it feel so much more personal and you always gave us the opportunity to ask questions and talk as a group.  You can’t do that in a big class. More confident in how I train Ruby – even though I’ve had dogs for years, Spaniels are a force to be reckoned with! Absolutely 100% would recommend you and I have already recommended you to people I’ve spoken to. I think your puppy classes are a perfect introduction to training.  It’s not too structured, which I liked.  Just a very big thank you and I’m hoping to book Ruby in for the teenage class in September :)’

Before classes we were struggling with where to even start with training, other than sit and lay down. We were also struggling with the puppy nibbling. We found that working with you was very easy, you are such a lovely and down-to-earth person who never made us feel silly for asking questions and we always felt welcome at the classes, no matter if Rolo decided he was going to listen or not haha! Benefits for us would be positive socialisation with not only other dogs but also other humans. Positive ways to praise Rolos good behaviour and training and also having different tips to suit each dog and family, for example Rolo not having a crate. I feel more confident and that Rolo is on track, even though some days are harder than others, and that any questions we have are valid and not silly. I would 100% recommend you to others and actually have to work colleagues! 🙂 I just want to Thank you again for the sessions, they have been really helpful and will hopefully see you soon for the next lot of training in September! As well as some grooming sessions for Rolo’Alex, Darol and Rolo

Before we came to classes we were struggling knowing where to start and feeling a bit overwhelmed by the responsibility.
We found you Brilliant! Approachable, kind, really good communications both at class and via email and WhatsApp, above all kind and made it really fun! We have gained in confidence, gathered a sense of the basics, picked up lots of really great tips, but not too much to take in!
We would recommend you. Your classes did exactly what we hoped them to. THANK YOU!  Also it is brilliant you have Rose and that you are clearly an amazing “dog person” and so committed to happy dogs – I suppose you wouldn’t be doing this otherwise but it really shows
